Orders and Payment

• Once you approve a quote, we require an initial deposit before we begin creating or framing your artwork.

• We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, Bitcoin or other methods specified.

• Full payment must be received before we deliver or ship your artwork.

Custom Artwork

• Our artworks are custom-made based on your brief.

• Colours, textures, and finishes may vary slightly from digital proofs due to the nature of hand-painted art and materials.

• Changes after production has started may incur additional charges.

Shipping and Delivery

• We deliver Australia-wide and can discuss international delivery options on request.

• Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

• We carefully package artworks for safe transport, but if damage occurs in transit, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage.

Returns and Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of our products, returns or refunds are not available unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit.

• Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your artwork.

Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including images and designs, is the property of Hunt the Hue and may not be reproduced without permission.

Disclaimer
